THE DAILY ROUTINE consists of activities starting from very early in the morning and integrates practices that target different levels, so that within one day you would be able to work on improving all dimensions of your health.

Friday
8.45am - Discharging from Prashanti Kutiram to Ekanath Bhawan
10.00am - Bus for Eknath Bhavan to Prasanti Kutiram for new participants.
1.00 to 2.30pm - Reception cum Lunch
2.30 to 5.00pm - Consultation cum parameters by respective section Dr & Therapist.
5.00 to 5.30pm - Malt cum tuning the nature.
5.30 to 7.00pm - Inaugural followed by Lecture by Dr.R.Nagaratna
7.00 to 7.30pm - Bhajan
7.30 to 8.30pm - Dinner
8.30 to 9.30pm - Solve the problem if any like Accommodation, hot water, kit bag .

Saturday:
Om Meditation - 5.30 am Vimarsa
Pranayam - 11.00am - Anugraha
Cyclic Meditation (CM) - 3.00 pm -Anugrah
M.S.R.T - 6.00 pm -Anugrah
Trataka Theory - 8.30 pm -Anugrah
Sunday : Kriya Theory - 8.30 pm Anugraha
Monday and Wednesday Kriya practice - 6.00am

Instructions : Please try to follow the routine and attend all the sessions.
                       Please switch off your mobile all the time and fix a 1hr time suitable to you to talk.
                       Keep your chappals/shoes in proper order in racks.
                       Maintain silence in class rooms & dining hall.
                       Bring your yoga mat, note book & pen to all the sessions.
                       Please inform your section therapist if any problem.
